i know. many times ive heard it being described as communicating with facets of yourself. couldnt they be used for spirit contact?

now i feel dumb :confused:..... ive always thought it was a form of spirit communication

I have expierenced time related things my dad too. If we dont talk about it or wtite it down immediately we forget. When i retelll it my memory is from the telling not the event, as if it didnt happen. Time slips are very strange and creepy .
