I scored two with olives and raw fish. If you include liver on the list, I'm a three. Things like yellow mustard and pickle and brussel sprouts I am not crazy about, but I don't refuse to eat them. I eat raw kale and raw cabbage, but do not like them cooked.
Wow, the only one I won't eat is the raw fish, and that is only due to safety, not the taste or texture. I'll eat anything else on the list. For those that don't like eggplant, try it in Thai green curry and I bet you can handle the texture better if it's not over cooked.
