Debi, question re: that word “apport.”

Wands my Apport story is around her somewhere. Debi may be able to find it in the back closet. If not , I’ll repost it for you.

Best I can find on it is this, Lynne:

One time I spent a year looking for a top in my closet. I tore my closet up. A long time went by and one day I open the doors and it was hanging right in front. My mom always thought I was being dramatic and just misplacing things. I knew better. I've told u the story of the glasses falling right out of thin air when I yelled at the air to give them back. My husband was standing right next to me and saw it too. It really happens. Why or how is the real question

Lynne, you've also had a dress appear, if memory serves correct.

Good job debi. That is a good abridged version. Those darn glasses were so expensive I was furious. When I demanded them back they poped right out of the air in front of me. My husband seen it too. He had been following behind me while I ranted. This is a phenomenon that has followed me throughout my life. On the dress. Yes I had one appear out of nowhere when I needed one. I’m still awe struck over that

Thank you Debi and Lynne for finding and sharing those pieces.

I’m thinking it’s the ghost of Gianni Versace intervening as best he can trying to make a statement on your fashion choices Lynne :p

I still insist that if something popped out of the air in front of me that something would pop out of the back of me too! Scary freaky sh- - - stuff.

I might have had something apported but I didn’t see it materialize nor dematerialize.

So I wear five things every day which are of spiritual importance to me. At this point, from a prior thread, many of you are aware of the first of five - the painted Moroccan coin that is also my PNF.net avatar. The second is my Mom’s wedding band; I wear it on the same chain as that coin. The chain is slipped though the band which then sits on top of the coin.

My Mom gave me her wedding band at age 14 as she wanted her last child to have it. I put it into a very unique box for safe keeping and for my easy recognition at a glance. There’s nothing really meaningful about the box just that it was different enough not to be confused with my other personal possessions.

After living with two different pairs of roommates, I chose to live alone between 1990 and 2003. For most of that time, I lived in a small one bedroom condo. The bedroom was also my office and the only bathroom was accessed through the bedroom. I kept my Mom’s band, in it’s box, deep in one of my desk drawers. I had probably only ten different friends visit my condo in that period and I trust all of them.

We’ll I had the band in it’s box when I moved into the condo in 1992 - I know because I checked over all of my most important possessions carefully immediately after the moving including this band. Sometime later - probably between 1994 and 1996 - I found the band was missing. I won’t detail all of the searching I did looking for it but you can be certain it was (in my mind) thorough, methodical, and repeated. No luck - couldn’t find it.

I moved again to a different condo in 1999. I purposely repacked my desk drawers with more stuff and then added bubble wrap as padding to be certain the contents of that specific drawer would not move much. Most of my important personal stuff including my own jewelry was in that one drawer. And, I was only moving like 1,000 feet too; both my old and new condos were in the same complex.

When I unpacked my stuff at the other end, I found that a book in that same drawer had a “bump” in it. I opened the book and found my Mom’s band was wedged inside the dust cover on the inside of the front cover. It was inside, inside if you get my point. I know for certain the ring was not in that same place when I packed the drawer just a few days prior.

I immediately removed the cherished chain I had around my neck and added the band to it promising that I would never be apart from that band again.

Whoever or whatever that cause this phenomenon is an incredible mystery. The dress I mentioned just appeared in my closet. I went through my wardrobe looking for something appropriate for an outdoor wedding. I found it amongst my dresses. It was brand new and still had the tags on it.

This could come in handy during the Christmas season. I want to learn that trick. If something materialized before my eyes, now that would freak me out.

You’re right 7; shopping would be a breeze if we could force objects to apport on demand.

Since the term is new to me, my present belief/interpretation is that a spirit does the apporting of stuff. So instead of hiring a “personal shopper”, I guess we would instead “invoke a spirit shopper”.

Someone who knows how to make this happen, please let us know soon. I’d like to finish my “Christmas apporting” as early as possible.

I certainly do Lynne.

I’m hoping that in the next few weeks I might get access to my Dad’s (also deceased) wedding band. There is a small chance it might be among some recently discovered personal items of his.

If I am so very lucky that this is true, I’ll wear them both on this chain for forever.
